THE PRICE AND PAYMENT

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders received and paid for by 5pm on the next working day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock. We will contact you if there are any problems.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. It is your responsibility to check the shipping address is correct. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges if the product has already been dispatched.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened in a resalable condition with seals intact. If an item has been opened and seal broken, we cannot accept a return.
If your parcel ends up at your local sorting office and you do not collect it, it will be returned to sender. If this happens we will send you an email giving you the option of a refund (minus postage costs) or you can pay the additional postage to have it redelivered.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email on email@example.com quoting your order number. Do not return any goods without authorisation. Please refer to these terms and conditions.
