Shipping depends on the total weight and volume of the item(s) in each order.
- – Small items will be sent as a large letter in a post (maximum sizes for large letter: 35.3 x 25 x 2.5cm and up to 750g). Please see ‘Volume In A Large Letter’ on product pages to find out whether a product can be sent as a large letter.
- – Items up to (when packed): 45 x 35 x 8cm (small parcel wide option) or 35 x 25 x 16cm (small parcel deeper option) or rolled shaped 45cm x 8cm and not exceeding 1 kg will be sent as a small parcel in a post.
- – Larger items will be shipped via courier at the standard courier shipping rate. Some fragile mosaic items and silver jewellery of higher value will be shipped via courier.
- -Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing.
- – Please note all small parcel, large letter post are sent on a untracked service, all items that wish to be tracked need to be sent via courier.

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils, Organic essentail oils or products which contains alcohol such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes.) We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road ONLY. We are unable to send danagerous goos by air.

UK SHIPPING TERMS AND DETAILS
DESPATCH TIMES
Orders sent via the postal service are sent with a 2nd class service with UK Mail and delivered via Royal Mail (untracked). Items sent via courier are despatched with full tracking details.
We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 3-4 working days,
UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
For UK orders we use the couriers DPD/DPD Local if your order is despatched via DPD/DPD Local you will receive an automatic despatch email.
We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec)orders may take 4 working days,
For orders placed after 5.30pm, the working day commences at 9am the next day. Orders are closed at our close of business (5.00-5.30pm), please do not query a despatch until this time has elapsed.
BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES
We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK
Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.
HOW TO TO GET A QUOTE FOR COUNTRIES NOT LISTED ON DELIVERY PAGE
There is no flat shipping rate for countries outside of the EU mainland, prices start at roughly £15 and go upwards from there, depending on size and weight. Quotes are valid for 3 working days from issue. To obtain a quote please provide us with an item code(s) and precise shipping destination (including Zip Code). Shipments are sent with TNT courier and are fully tracked. (The same conditions apply to all other countries not listed above)
