I am Indian and can cook a banging curry! But my passion for good healthy food is my true goal. I don’t use alot of fake meats, opting for Lentils, Soya Pieces, Beans and Vegetables. Always use good Basmati Rice and but Quinoa is a always my 1st option. But when i do use seitan is homemade and extremely good
